Fabrizio Falasca was born in 1988 and first started to learn the piano with his sister and violin from his brother at the age of 10. He studied with Salvatore Accardo at the W.Stauffer Academy, Felice Cusano at the Fiesole Music School and Dora Schwarzberg. After his studies in Italy, he was rewarded a scholarship and graduated with Master of Music in Violin Performance at the Royal Academy of Music in London under So-Ock Kim. He has attended numerous masterclasses with M.Vengerov, L.Kavakos, Z.Bron, G.Pauk, L.Ciulei among others. In 2010, he was awarded at the Vittorio Veneto Violin Competition and in 2013 was a prizewinner at the A.Postacchini International Violin Competition. He is considered by Salvatore Accardo as one of the most representative Italian violinists of his generation. Fabrizio has performed as a soloist with major orchestras throughout the world, in Europe, China, USA, South America and Iran, for music festivals such as Ravello Festival, Festival of the two worlds in Spoleto, Kassel Festival, Evmelia Festival, Gulangyu Festival, Philharmonia chamber music season performing in prestigious concert halls like San Carlo Theatre in Naples, G.Verdi Theatre in Salerno, Salle Garnier in Montecarlo, Vadhat hall in Teheran, Royal Festival Hall in London and Musikverein Brahms Saal in Vienna. He has performed as soloist with orchestras such as Orchestra di Padova e del Veneto, Italian Chamber Orchestra (OCI), G.Verdi Philharmonic Orchestra of Salerno, San Carlo Theatre Chamber Orchestra, Italian Youth Orchestra(OGI), World Youth Orchestra, Cascais and Oeiras Chamber Orchestra, The Villages Philharmonic Orchestra, Teheran Symphony Orchestra and many others. He appears regularly performing chamber music with musicians such as S.Accardo, F. Petracchi, D. Waskiewitcz, L. Piovano, A. Pompa-Baldi, S.Coles, M.van de Wiel and many others. He has recorded chamber works for Vatican Radio and RAI and has recently recorded for CPO and Centaur Records. Fabrizio has been a member and guest of the San Carlo Orchestra in Naples, Santa Cecilia Orchestra in Rome and Maggio Musicale Orchestra in Florence. In 2016, he won the Concertmaster position of the Tyroler Symphonie Orchester Innsbruck and in the same year joined the Philharmonia Orchestra as Assistant Leader. He is also in demand as a guest and appears regularly as Concertmaster with the Philharmonia Orchestra, the G.Verdi Philharmonic Orchestra invited by D.Oren, and the Tiroler Festspiele Orchestra Erl in Austria where he was invited by G.Kuhn. He plays a violin Joseph Guarneri 1727 gifted from Barison's family.
